Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you download, install, access, or use Crazy90 (the "App"), operated by Abu Rayhan Shojib, doing business as Binarycube IT. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
If you use the App on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that person. If you are under the age of majority, you should use the App with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
What Crazy90 provides
Crazy90 is a football companion app. Features may include:
- Fixtures and results across the World Cup, Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Europa League, and similar competitions.
- Match Center with date selector and competition filtering.
- Per-match tabs: Overview, Predict, Lineups, Head-to-Head, Table/Standings.
- National-team squad listings with player photos and jersey numbers.
- Favorite team and followed competitions, personalized home feed, and match-day inbox notifications.
- Penalty Shootout mini game and daily prediction quiz with streak counter.
Crazy90 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, La Liga, or any club, federation, or league.
No sign-up & on-device data
Crazy90 does not require account creation. You do not need to provide an email, password, or other credentials to use the App. The display name, favorite team, followed competitions, prediction history, mini-game scores, and inbox state shown to you are stored locally on your device.
- You can change your display name, favorite team, and follows at any time from the Account screen.
- Uninstalling the App or clearing app data removes everything stored locally on your device.
- Some features (fixtures, match predictions, push notifications, ads) still rely on third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App. You must not:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or commercial scraping purposes.
- Use Crazy90 or its predictions for betting, gambling, or any wagering activity.
- Copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly post fixtures, predictions, squads, images, or app content without permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or attempt to access non-public parts of the App or its backend.
- Use bots, scripts, automated requests, or security testing tools without written permission.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt the App.
- Misrepresent the App as an official product of FIFA, UEFA, a league, or a club.
Fixtures, predictions, and accuracy
Crazy90 is an entertainment and information app. We work to keep fixtures, results, squads, and match predictions useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any fixture, kickoff time, venue, score, lineup, squad number, head-to-head record, table position, or prediction is complete, current, or error-free.
Match predictions (win probability, advice, predicted winner, margin) are sourced from the football-data API and provided for entertainment only. They are not betting tips, financial advice, or guaranteed outcomes. Do not rely on them for wagering decisions.
Advertising, app stores, and availability
Crazy90 may be free to download and may display advertising. Ad availability, format, targeting, and measurement may depend on your device settings, consent choices, and ad partners.
The App is distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Your download, refund rights, platform account, device permissions, and store-level data are also governed by Apple or Google terms and policies.
We may change, suspend, remove, or limit features at any time, including when required for maintenance, security, legal compliance, app store review, or product updates.
Intellectual property
Abu Rayhan Shojib (operating as Binarycube IT) owns or licenses Crazy90, including its app design, software, logo, branding, original text, the curated organization of fixtures and competitions, and original content, which are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not allow copying, resale, redistribution, data extraction, or commercial use unless we give written permission.
Team names, country names, league names, crests, kit colors, and player likenesses remain the property of their respective owners. References within the App are for identification and informational purposes only.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, perfect security, accurate fixtures, or accurate predictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abu Rayhan Shojib (operating as Binarycube IT), Crazy90, and their owners, developers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from reliance on fixtures, results, lineups, or predictions, including any betting or wagering losses.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the App in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the App, misuse content, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational concerns.
Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, privacy, and governing law will continue after termination where appropriate.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we publish updates. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
